This is not Allamanda, I think. This plant probably Mandevilla. Mandevilla is more ‘twinning’ and has more soft/succulent stem. Allamanda is only ‘leaning’ and has more woody stem… 😀 Reply
I feel pretty certain this is Allamanda schottii; people here grow it quite often to cover unsightly fences! 😉 Reply
