Another glorious Mead Amaryllis opened this week:
This sunny image reflects my INCREDIBLE HAPPINESS today! My mother had a totally unexpected, emergency open heart surgery on Monday. (We were shocked and terrified!) Two days post-surgery, she’s up in a chair, eating, and ready to leave ICU!
🙂
Until next time……

Thank you for your kindness, EC. 🙂
I feel your prayers and hugs right through the monitor…seriously. 🙂
Goodness what a few days you’ve had, so glad she is recovering well.
Totally came out of the blue, so it was a lot to process with no time to process it.. if you know what I mean. I’m much relieved the surgical part is over!
good to hear she’s bounced back already…you must be relieved. flowers are beautiful!
Thank you so very much. 🙂
yes it is such a load off my mind to have the surgery completed. Lots of recuperating ahead, but all signs look good. 🙂
What a scare! So glad the news is good, and recovery is underway. Beautiful photo, as usual! Thanks!
Thanks Cindy! 🙂
Lovely! And so happy to hear that your mother has recovered from her surgery nicely! 🙂
Kenley
They’ve even gotten her up walking. Amazing what science and technology have done to medicine these past 20years or so!
Wonderful! Best wishes to you and your mom!
Thanks! 🙂
Discharging her from hospital tomw….I can’t believe how short the stay after such bigtime surgery, but I’ll keep a good eye on her at home. 🙂
That’s good news after such a shock for you AND your Mum. Glad she’s on the mend 🙂
Hey Marianne! 🙂
Thank you so much for your kindness.
