Hello Friends!
If you visit this week and the blog looks unfinished (or maybe even downright wierd!) there’s good reason: WordPress has added so many new, exciting themes and layouts since I started 2.5 yrs ago…time to experiment with better options for my very picture heavy posts!
I hope you’ll bear with me as I work toward a fresh, more modern look!
Until next time…..
🙂 🙂 🙂

Love this mustard color with your tropicals!
Hi Cindy!
I tried all the different color combos with several pics and I agree…this one didn’t clash as many of the others did although I must say if I had a text heavy blog I’d choose the pinks/salmons. I LOVED them but not for this!
Well this one gives you great space for images!
yes, having only one sidebar frees up some extra space!
This one looks good … It’s fun, experimenting – a bit like rearranging a room at the change of seasons, or changing the focus of a garden bed. 🙂
Yes, good analogies. It’s also good to stretch and learn something new, too. A lot of these themes have features I didn’t even realize where available….now it’s a matter of getting familiar with them!
I do love the colour of this blog. And Gilly is right about the space for images.
Thanks Jo. 🙂
I like most of the features about this theme but some others I’m not too sure about..it will take some playing around and tweaking, that’s for sure!
Oh boy do I have some up coming photos of flowering aloes I captured whilst away these last 10 days… you are going to love them…
You know it! 🙂 I will be keeping an eye out!
I like the new look! I’ll occasionally think it’s time for a fresh look and I play with the themes, and then I stick with what I have for a while longer. 🙂 I still like my current one, so it could be a year or more before I change again!
I’m not nuts about the comment section layout but (insanely) I paid for the CSS upgrade and bought an HTML/CSS textbook to try to figure out how to change it on my own. LOL a completely LAUGHABLE idea, but I always did like a good challenge!
