“To see a world in a grain of sand…
And a heaven in a wild flower…
Hold infinity in the palm of your hand…
And eternity in an hour…”
William Blake (1757–1827), British poet, painter, engraver. Auguries of Innocence, l. 1-4, Poems from the Pickering Manuscript (c. 1803), repr. In Complete Writings, ed. Geoffrey Keynes (1957)

Happy New Year Karen!
Thanks! I’m excited about 2015…I’m back to England in March!
Excellent, maybe you’ll see some spring gardens!
The spring gardens will be the highlight of my stay!
Well the best ones are in the west country because spring arrives earlier here!
Okay, you win. Sand, shorts, family, smiles. 🙂 P.S. for some reason I haven’t been getting your posts so I need to catch up.
We had a nice stretch of weather when the boys were here…now it is chilly and bleak again, but that’s ok…I had so much cleaning and catching up to do around the house I welcomed it!
Thanks for your kind words, Judy, and of course, Happy New Year!
Happy new Year! January in Florida is lookin’ pretty good to me!
Best time of year to be here (as you know!) but the arctic blast from the north has filtered down somewhat this week!
Love the sand castle, and a fine-looking family.
Thank you! I really appreciate all your comments!
Beautifully put…Happy New Year!
Thank you! and thanks for repaying the visit!
Magnificent! The poem compliments your gorgeous photos perfectly.
Happy New Year to you too! May it be an awesome one! 🙂
You are always so kind! Thank you, EC! 🙂
Hope you have a wonderful new year!
